Last week, we traveled to Portugal to coordinate the work of the Portuguese island. We began with a meeting at the University of Minho to review the latest lesson units to be implemented at Escola Secundária de Caldas das Taipas. This was followed by a visit to the school, where we gathered valuable feedback from students 📚and teachers 🎓.
🎯The visit was a useful opportunity to directly coordinate with the Portuguese team and observe first-hand how the lessons are being implemented, just as we did in June with the Slovenian island.
These insights are invaluable as we approach the project’s final stages. 🔍📋
➡️Next, AIM@VET is heading to Valencia for the international #IDEAL 2024 conference at UPV.
We will host our special session titled “Developing AI Curricula for Pre-University Education”, featuring eight selected papers, four of which stem directly from work within the project.
🙌We warmly invite everyone to join us on Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00 (Session 3.1) and 15:00 to 16:00 (Session 3.2). This promises to be a great opportunity to share ideas and advance educational innovation! 💡🤖

➡️Lastly, we will make our trip to Valencia even more efficient ♻️🌍 by holding the Third Transnational Meeting of the project during our stay. This meeting will take place on Friday and Saturday at the facilities of the UPV and VRAIN. During these sessions, we’ll coordinate the project’s final stages and plan upcoming activities.
🙌 Finally, we extend our support and solidarity to the people of Valencia as they recover from the recent unfortunate events. 💪❤️
